We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • With original tags and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

All returns must be pre-approved and sent to the address provided on the return label. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and waive any restocking fees in these cases.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to initiate a return and place a separate order once your return is approved.

Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fee

Unless your return is due to a defect or our error:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
    If a refund is issued, any applicable fees and return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Beauty or personal care items that have been opened or used

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards or items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that Banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@solutrel.com.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
